I have mostly used Python to code and it was the first language that I was introduced to in coding. I have also done some basic coding in C, C++ and MySQL. In python I was mostly interested in game design so I have used it’s libraries to use some complex functions (such as using the cursor to move my player)which made it convenient as I did not have to define them myself. I also used dataframes to store values such as highscores, player information and so on. In the first week I learned concepts such as variables and functions. It had subjects such as print and data types that I was familiar with. The concepts were explained in a very simple way and made it easy for me to grasp the concepts. I found the readings a little difficult as I come from a different education system and we do not have this much emphasis on readings. The reflections are also new to me as I have not done anything of this sort in the past. The concepts yet have not been extremely challenging and I hope I can maintain this consistency in the future.
